Depending on the available flights, two stay options are available: 3-day (September 15-18) and 2-day (September 16-18).

The fee includes accommodation, full board, participation in the debates of all thematic sectios, gala dinner and free access to the pool area.

*Fee in EUR according to the PLN exchange rate on the day of the invoice (August 31, 2023).

After the registration is closed, i.e. on August 31, 2023, the resort organizing the meeting - Sandra Spa in Karpacz will receive a list of participants, along with details for invoice and email address.

On this basis, invoices will be issued with a 14-day deadline for payment, which will be sent to participants on September 1, 2023.

The received invoice will contain the data for the transfer.
